What happens at one of your sessions?

I use a range of techniques (NLP, Mindfulness and Mind Calm, Law of Attraction and Reiki) to help you identify the areas of your life you want to change, remove the barriers that stop you from getting what you truly want out of life, and give you the tools to equip you in making those changes.

All sessions are tailored to your needs and we agree a plan of action in the free 20-minute consultation. A typical session will include verbal or creative exercises, principles of mindfulness, a meditation and discussion. All sessions will either be one of, or a combination of, the courses:

  • Be Good To You;
  • Your Dreams Start Now;
  • Mind Calm;
  • The Mindful Love Warrior;
  • Reiki.

You will also be sent information prior to and after the course and also included is a monthly check-in service for three months.

Who are your sessions for?

Anyone suffering from anxiety or worrying and/or is looking to make a change in their life - whether that change be big or small.

Some attendees already know what they want to change, are struggling to take the ‘leap of faith’ and need some help to get there. Others feel stuck in their lives and need help to identify what is and isn’t working, and what needs to change.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs and wants, and I can explain the type of approaches that are available to help and support you.

How much do sessions/courses cost?

This can all be discussed in your free consultation. Affordable options are available for example, a full day workshop could cost just £60 per person when shared with friends or family.

A one-to-one Life Coaching session costs £60.

A one-to-one Reiki session costs £40.

Can I bring a friend?

Sessions can be undertaken on your own, with a friend or as a group. Please contact me to find out more.

How long does a session last?

All sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual, for example a one-to-one session is 1.5 hours or you could choose to do two half-day or a full day workshop.

The free consultation is 20 minutes.

To get the best out of what you’ve learnt, a monthly check-in service is included for the first three months. You can access this service by email or phone. This can be continued after this period for an agreed fee.

Where are your sessions held?

I live right next to the beach in Bournemouth. Sessions can be held at my home, your home, on the beach or anywhere you feel most comfortable.

If you don’t live close-by, I can recommend some lovely local B&Bs to help you get the most out of your stay. I’m only a 20-minute walk from Pokesdown train station or eight-minute taxi ride from Bournemouth train and coach station.

Do you work with businesses?

I can provide a range of different business services which can be tailored to the needs of the team or individual and can include NLP, mindfulness, team-building, confidence/assertiveness and team-building workshops. For further information and costs please contact me.

What is NLP?

Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development and psychotherapy. ‘Neuro’ refers to the way we gather information from the outside world using our five senses. ‘Linguistic’ is the study of language and how we make sense of information. ‘Programming’ refers to how we interpret the world and how we control our daily actions, choices and behaviours.

Using NLP tools and techniques, I can help you become more aware of your true values and desires and adjust and adapt how you think, behave and communicate to create a happier, brighter and more satisfied you.

What is mindfulness and Mind Calm?

Mindfulness is a form of meditation that focuses on ‘living in the moment’ as a way to bring peace and clarity into each of your moments.

Mind Calm, a modern meditation technique, is an easier and simpler way of meditating and teaches you to have a better and healthier relationship with your mind. By learning this meditation technique you can use it anywhere and anytime as there are no rules and no rituals.

Meditation is a great way of reducing the stresses and anxieties of everyday life, but it can also be used to bring you greater clarity and a stronger sense of self-awareness enabling you to look at what changes can be made to your life.

What is Law of Attraction?

We are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. A key part of Law of Attraction is understanding that where you place your focus can have an impact on what happens to you.

Using the Law of Attraction helps you to identify any underlying negativity and develop new ways of thinking and also understanding what your real passions are in your life. Aligning your intention, purpose and desires therefore provides you with the tools to manifest your true heart’s desires into your life immediately or when it is right for you.

What is Reiki?

As a Reiki practitioner, I act in the same way as a metal rod conducting electricity or heat energy from source to its destination by gently placing my hands on or around your physical body. By connecting to higher frequencies of conscious energy which is all around us, using positive and loving intention or thought, to heal and cleanse, I am able to direct the energy to where it is most needed for you. This can be a really powerful treatment that leaves you feeling cleansed and energised, sleeping better and thinking more clearly.
